This page describes how Mercurius Capital handles data submitted by visitors on institutional pages, content pages and contact calls to action.

Collected data

In the landing MVP, the WhatsApp CTA only records an operational funnel event, without creating a lead and without sending personal data to a lead database. Content pages, such as Mercurius Indicators, may ask for name, email, phone, consent and context submitted by the visitor.

Purpose

Data will be used to answer contacts, organize commercial relationships, measure page conversion and improve the site experience.

Sharing

Mercurius may integrate operational data with internal tools, CRM, hosting providers, analytics and observability services, with access limited to what is necessary for the operation.

Retention

Operational events and contact data are kept for as long as needed for service, commercial audit, security and legal obligations. When no longer necessary, records may be deleted, anonymized or preserved only in aggregate form.
